TERMS OF USE
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of Topline Logistics, Inc (“Topline,” "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
2. Nature of Our Services
Topline Logistics, Inc acts as a vehicle transport coordinator (auto transport broker). We do not own or operate transport trucks. We arrange for transportation of vehicles through authorized and insured carriers within the 48 continental U.S. states.
3. Requesting a Quote
Users may submit a free, no-obligation quote request via our online form. Submission requires accurate data including pick-up/delivery ZIP codes, vehicle details, and contact info. Quotes are estimates based on market conditions and are subject to change.
4. Booking & Dispatch
Once a quote is accepted, we match the customer with a licensed carrier. Pickup and delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays due to traffic, weather, mechanical failure, or force majeure are outside our control.
5. Vehicle Preparation
The customer must ensure the vehicle is clean, operable (unless disclosed), and free of personal belongings. Vehicles must have at least 1/4 tank of fuel, and any known damage must be documented before shipment.
6. Inspection & Bill of Lading
At pickup and delivery, both the customer and carrier must inspect the vehicle and sign a Bill of Lading (BOL). This document serves as the official condition report. Any claims for damage must be noted upon delivery and supported by before/after photos.
7. Cancellations
Customers may cancel their order prior to dispatch at no charge. If a carrier has already been assigned, a cancellation fee may apply. No refunds will be issued once the vehicle has been picked up.
8. Payment Terms
We accept payments via credit/debit card, ACH, or other methods. In most cases, a deposit is collected at dispatch, with the remaining balance due upon delivery (paid directly to the carrier, usually in cash or certified funds).
9. Damages & Insurance
Carriers are required to carry cargo insurance, and Topline Logistics only works with vetted, insured carriers. However, Topline is not responsible for damage caused by carriers. All claims must be submitted directly to the carrier with supporting documentation.
10. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate pickup/delivery information
- Being available or designating an authorized representative for pickup/drop-off
- Inspecting the vehicle and noting any damage on the BOL
- Full payment of all agreed-upon fees
11. Communications & Consent
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive:
- Transactional SMS via Twilio
- Transactional emails via Resend
- Optional marketing emails via Mailchimp (if you opt-in) You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to SMS or clicking "Unsubscribe" in email.
12. Limitations of Liability
Topline is not liable for:
- Delays caused by the carrier
- Vehicle damage not documented on the BOL
- Losses from missed travel, work, or income
- Force majeure events (weather, road closures, etc.)
13. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including abuse, fraud, or repeated cancellations.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sacramento County, CA.
15. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
