Although damage during auto transport is rare, every vehicle shipped with us is fully insured by the carrier. Before your vehicle is loaded, the driver completes a detailed inspection and marks any pre-existing scratches or dents on the Bill of Lading. You or your authorized agent will do the same upon delivery. If new damage is found, document it immediately and report it to our claims department.
